James William McAndrew (b. June 29, 1862, Pennsylvania-d. April 30, 1922, Washington, D.C.), Major General in the U.S. Army, graduated from West Point in 1888. He served in the Sioux Indian Campaign, in Cuba and the Philippines, and with a regiment in Alaska. Omar Bundy (b. June 17, 1861, New Castle, Indiana-d. Jan. 21, 1940), Major General in the U.S. Army, graduate from the U.S. Military Academy in 1883, served in the campaign against Sioux Indians in South Dakota (1890-1891), in Cuba (1898), and in the Philippines (1899-1900). During World War I, General Bundy commanded the 2nd Division, American Expeditionary Force, in France, and the 6th and 7th Army Corps. He retired in June 1925.
